Bernetta Pritchard has been painting distinctive, one-of-a-kind rosemaled artwork for over 25 years. Primarily a self-taught artist, Bernettas Norwegian-American style of rosemaling incorporates the classic design elements of old-world Scandinavian folk art and the colors more common in todays homes. A family venture, both Bernetta and her husband Don put in long hours to make Stone Valley Gallery so successful. A majority of the rosemaled gifts that Bernetta rosemals so beautifully originate in Dons woodshop. This pair has produced no fewer than 15,000 rosemaled wooden items in the past five years.
