Hardens Own Honey and Australian Honey Cellars are family owned and managed businesses operating from Harden Murrumburrah in South Eastern New South Wales, Australia. Beekeeping was a way of life brought to Australia with our family in 1858 and has continued to be our familys livelihood through to the modern day, over five generations later. Our principal apiarist, Ken Tanson, has been a beekeeper since 1971 and is passionate about his honey. He transports bees all over central and southern NSW as well as into northern Victoria so as to acquire the optimum variety of flavours from our diverse and beautiful flora. Honeys within our product selection are either pure flavoured or hand-selected pure honey blends, each with their own unique characteristics and distinct flavours.
