In 1967, Alfredo Aiello Italian Foods Inc. was founded in the bustling city of Quincy, Massachusetts. Our food processing plant began making pasta items for sale to restaurants, supermarkets, and in our retail store located in the front of our plant. As time went by and the years passed, Alfredos grew rapidly. Many renovations and additions were made to our facility, including two new production areas, a dry storage area, office space and a large freezer for storage. In january of 1995, plans were made to relocate the store to a different location in order to expand both our manufacturing plant and retail store. On May 8, 1995 the vision for our new Retail Store was realized with its grand opening. Since then, weve been able to better serve our customers in our spacious new retail store. The move also enabled us to to utilize the extra space made available at the manufacturing plant. Here, we develop, test, and produce our delicious pasta products. Our facility produces both retail and foodservice items and is run under the guidelines of the federal H.A.C.C.P. program. This program ensures strict quality management and control for all of our Italian food products. On December 9 2002, Alfredos Norwell opened. In keeping with the same formula that made our Quincy location a success, you can find all of our fresh and frozen pasta items, entrees, imported pasta, Italian deli, olive oils and specialty items that are highly sought after by todays food savvy consumer. With almost twice as much space as Alfredos Quincy, we were able to expand and improve upon all aspects of our store. Granite counter tops, a cathedral ceiling, four giant cases for our Alfredos Brand products, plenty of parking and easy access off of route 53 just a few blocks from Queen Annes Corner, Alfredos Norwell is great addition to the area.
