He had just turned 18 when he went into the meat business, learning every facet from meat cutter to President and CEO of a meat company with an international reputation for quality. But despite the accolades from the industry and the press, Bob Boyle knew instinctively that the only compliment that really mattered was when a customer took that first bite and smiled.
