Cliff & Ella Schaal started the family farm in the 1930s, when I returned to the family farm in the 1980s I began researching organic farming, then in 1998 we went 100% organic and in 2001 we became 100% certified with our Flax Seed. We now plant and harvest all of our own flax crop and prior to any shipping and packaging we are inspected and approved, to give you the highest quality possible.
