We only sell the original Aspen Mulling Spices in the cartons, not those messy bagged products. If you are not familiar with Mulling Spices, you are in for a treat. We keep a crock pot of cider going all the time, on low heat, and have it available for ourselves or friends who happen to pop in. You can drink it hot or cold, we like it hot. So easy to use, just add to apple cider, red wine, tea, brandy - or create your own special recipe! The spice contains cinnamon, cloves, orange, lemon, nutmeg, etc. and it is a powder which dissolves completely. Theres none of the cooking and skimming necessary with the usual mulling spices. Each container holds 5.65 ounces of spices and it will make one gallon of spiced cider. (Some reports I get back say each container makes 2 gallons, as these folks dont like it very strong.) Ill stick with 1 gallon. You judge for yourself.
