Bad Byrons Specialty Food Products, Inc. was established in 1997 by Byron Chism, Professional Chef and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. He began his cooking career while attending the University of South Alabama in Mobile, and continued cooking after graduation in 1990 with a degree in Communications and Marketing. In the neighboring resort areas of Florida, he trained at several award-winning establishments, working with some of Floridas top chefs.
