Id like to tell you a little about myself and my Cajun Seasonings. My name is T-Boy. I own a small meat market and grocery store located in Mamou, Louisiana. We make our own homemade smoked sausage, smoked tasso, cracklins, and boudin. Of course theyre made with my special T-Boys Cajun Seasonings. Mamou is a very small town, but we are all pure Cajuns. There is a myth about Cajun Seasonings. When someone thinks of Cajun Seasonings, they think-too hot! (peppered). Well, thanks to T-Boys you dont have to worry about that anymore. My Cajun Seasonings are spices (salt, pepper...) that are carefully blended so that you can use them in your everyday cooking. You sprinkle it on your food like you would salt and then youre done! You dont have to be a Cajun to cook with T-Boys. Its just your everyday salt, pepper, and other spices. Many other seasonings have a lot of salt in them. Thats why theyre so cheap. T-Boys uses less salt than most of those guys. You dont have to use a lot at once and you can still get that great Cajun flavor. A little bit goes a long way. I have five kinds of seasonings available right now: T-BOYS SEASONING, T-BOYS GRAVY AND STEAK, T-BOYS GARLIC SEASONING, T-BOYS WHITE PEPPER SEASONING, and the newest is T-BOYS SEAFOOD BOIL.
