The Pool Lobster Company (formerly the P.M. Inniss Lobster Company) is a family-owned business in Biddeford Pool, Maine, a beautiful, unspoiled, small coastal village. We run a year-round retail and wholesale lobster business. During the summer, we also serve a full-take out menu of lobsters, steamers, and fried seafood, which our customers can enjoy in our picnic area, eat on the rocky coast or on our two-mile long sandy beach, or take home. Our location on the Maine coast means freshness, high quality, and ample availability of lobsters and seafood. We buy lobsters from the docks in Biddeford Pool and from dealers in Downeast Maine during certain seasons of the year. Our business is HACCP-certified and inspected regularly to ensure that our products and procedures meet Federal and state regulations governing seafood quality. (FYI: We pass with flying colors!)
