Lisa Boyd, President and Cajun Catering Director, Rick Boyd, Vice President and Coordinator of Marketing and Event Planning and Sal Junda, General Manager of the Seafood Division in New Orleans are the core management team of the Crawfish Company Of Central Florida, Inc.Our family consists of four boys, Rick, 28, James, 27 Brian, 18 and Brett, 16. They currently live in Central Florida and all share a love for God, family, the outdoors and The Big Easy. As a family we enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, backpacking and dirt biking as well as travel. We are all annual Grand Canyon Backpackers. Lisa, majority owner, has been in the food service industry for over twenty-two years, from managing restaurants to advanced food preparation at such restaurants as The Olive Garden. Lisa is an expert and professional in food safety and food preparation. Lisa is well versed in customer service relations and needs. Lisa is our Catering Director, Sales Manager and Cajun Chef. Lisa is now full time general manager of The Harp & Celt Restaurant and Irish Pub, downtown Orlando’s newest restaurant and 2nd Irish Pub located in the Historic District. The Harp & Celt is owned by Cajun Paddy, Inc., a minority owned business located in downtown Orlando. Lisa is also president of the Cajun Paddy Corporation. Rick has extensive Customer Service and Air Cargo experience. Rick retired from Delta Air Lines working as a Coordinator for the Airport Coordination Center in the Delta Tower at Orlando International Airport. Rick had twenty-eight years service with Delta Air Lines. Rick also has fourteen years experience planning and producing all aspects of Louisiana Crawfish Festivals and Special Events from logistics and personnel management to booking name brand entertainment. Rick has coordinated the Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festivals in Orlando/Oviedo since 1989. Rick is well attuned to customer needs and expectations. Rick is the Event Coordinator, Marketing Director and Cajun Chef for the Crawfish Co. Of Central Fla., Inc Eastern Division and full time general manager of the Cajun Paddy Corporation. Sal Big Sal Junda is General Manager of the Seafood Division located in Metairie, Louisiana. Big Sal and his son Lil Sal have been in the seafood business for decades. A true family man and excellent customer service professional, Big Sal worked the shrimp trawlers as a young man. Sal and his son operate the Metairie division of the company packing and shipping Louisianas finest seafoods across the country. Dedicated to customer satisifaction, Sal and his son are a intregal part of the Crawfish Company Of Central Florida, Inc.
