Carter Logan has been working in the South Florida seafood industry since he was a young man, selling his weekend catch to the local fish markets around town. Carter and his brother, Ryon Logan began their commercial fishing careers in Key West, Florida in the early 90s with a 16 Boston Whaler; quickly moving on to their current fishing fleet that includes a 27 Conch and a 39 Key West #1, a commercial fishing vessel. Carter has worked for Hanson Seafood, a wholesale & retail distribution seafood company, from 2000 to late 2005, where he was in charge of the wholesale division. Through years of experience, Carter has developed the know how to provide customers with the freshest quality seafood and stone crab that South Florida has to offer. Eric Echevarria is the General Manager of Fresh Choice Seafood.com, Inc. Eric oversees the daily operations of the company that includes everything from obtaining fresh seafood and stone crab products to customer service. Before Eric joined Fresh Choice Seafood in 2005, he worked with a well known seafood company in South Florida, Hanson Seafood, where Eric worked for Fresh Choice Seafood.coms co-owner Carter Logan. Through the years, Eric has worked in almost every capacity, from grading stone crab claws to sales, which has provided Eric with a keen knowledge of the seafood and stone crab business as well as the know how to acquire only the freshest stone crab, lobster, shrimp, conch and fish fillets.
