Our maple sugar tree orchard sits high on Kirby Mountain (just south of Burke Mountain) over looking the Connecticut and Passumpsic river valleys, and beyond. Our base elevation is 1800 feet above sea level. We tap approximately 2200 trees each spring to produce our beautiful, Award winning syrups. While we produce a little of each grade (fancy, grade A medium amber, grade A dark amber, and grade B), we prefer our grade A medium amber syrup. The bulk of our normal crop is fancy, medium and dark amber. Our syrups have an exceptional taste. Maple syrup and maple products make an excellent gift. We have bottled up syrup in the 100 ml glass leafs several times for wedding gifts. If you have any questions feel free to email or call us. We do not use any artificial ingredients, nor do we repack other producers syrup. We therefore have complete control over the final product, and are very proud of it. Once youve tasted our pure Vermont maple syrup we think youll agree that ours is amoung the very best. In 2002 and 2003 we won ribbons for our Grade A Dark Amber syrup. It was judged Best Of Class at the Northeast Kingdom Caledonia County Fair. Our sugar maple orchard and sugar house are easy to get to, located about five miles from Interstate I-91. During the fall foliage season the views are just spectacular, (the reward for watching over our trees through the winter months). For shipping of our products we attempt to reuse as much packaging material as possible in an effort to reduce the amount of waste generated.
