Our beef is cooked and packed frozen right in its own gravy and secret blend of spices. Its delivered to you frozen in an insulated carton with reusable freezer packs. Once defrosted its ready to heat and serve with Italian bread, lots of sweet peppers and our own Giardinara included. We also offer our highly acclaimed Italian sausage and meatballs. Our sausage can be ordered fresh frozen for your grilling or other recipes, or pre-cooked in Marinara sauce. Our generous meatballs also come pre-cooked in Marinara sauce.
