Back in 1857 my great, great grandfather traveled from North Carolina to Mexico and returned with the recipe that we use in our Traditional Salsa. Using that same basic recipe we have now added three more yummy salsas, Peach ,Mango and Eight Pepper. All of our salsas are thick and chunky. They contain no thickeners, fats or preservatives.
