As pepper-lovers, we began growing several varieties in our backyard garden in 1993. We were very successful; and as a result, we started experimenting with different ways to use our abundant harvest and bumper crops. One of the first recipes we developed was for our bread and Butter Jalapeños. These quickly became a favorite with our family, friends and co-workers and they began to encourage us to market our products. We also offer Southern Dill Jalapeños, another great flavor! To add some Sweet to our spice, we began developing jelly recipes to expand our product line. These will tickle your taste buds and please your palate! At the present time, we offer Apricot Jalapeño, Blackberry Jalapeño, Cranberry Jalapeño, Mango-Ginger Jalapeño, Peach Jalapeño, Raspberry Jalapeño, and Strawberry Jalapeño.
