In 1996 I set out on a special quest to rediscover some of the long lost jams & jellies of yesteryear. It took intense effort to regain the same qualities and unique taste of the heirloom favorites which now number 82. Here is a photograph of my old-fashioned cast-iron stove on which I make all of my jams and jellies. All of my jams are fat free and contain only real sugar.
