Thank you for visiting our site. Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Barbara and David Burberry, and this is the story of our farm. Dalchonzie began growing fruit in 1989. Over many summers we have refined our techniques to produce fruit full of natural flavor and goodness, with minimal intervention. In the beginning we supplied Marks and Spencer’s amongst others. But, rather than go big we decided to stay small and concentrate on the things that are important to us: quality and integrity. Barbara had always made preserves for the farm kitchen larder. So it was only natural to put a few jars on the table by the farm gate. Praise for her work was quickly forthcoming and with David running the farm Barbara took time to explore her ideas in more detail.
