Tres chic gourmet foods are a small family-owned business that began in the kitchen with a single recipe, spicy salsa. We began our venture with two products, spicy salsa and Texas caviar, packaged in gift boxes and sold exclusively to mail order customers. We believe we have a top-shelf product line with four out of five of our salsas taking awards in state-wide competitions and a collection of specialty sauces like our roasted rasberry chipotle sauce which keeps people coming back for more. Today, we offer a line of ten products which we wholesale in almost 100 stores nation-wide. We have a retail customer base of about 4,000 people throughout the United States. Our mean green has taken 1st place three years running in the Austin salsa cook off. We then beat out San Antonio’s first place winner garnering a grand champion trophy.
