In 1994, we opened Big Sky Bread because we had a passion for whole grain breads. And because the only breads available were spongy, tasteless, and loaded with ingredients you couldnt pronounce. At Big Sky, we make bread the old-fashioned way. The way it used to be made. The way its supposed to be made. We use only the very best, all natural ingredients and never cut any corners. Everythings just pure and simple. The most important ingredient in good bread is the flour. We stone grind our whole wheat flour in the bakery every morning from rich, organically grown, Montana wheat.
