I started baking my own bread when it became increasingly difficult to find the good sourdough bread that Henry and I shopped for. Over the years and with much experimenting I developed the recipes I use today. Our friends and associates began to request bread and pies for themselves, and my passion grew into a full time business. I have a philosophy about how I do things. I dont cut corners when I buy ingredients for my products, I could spend less and put a little more money in my pocket, but it would take away the quality I try so hard to put in my products.
